FocusFit delivers skills-based interview software to HRSDC

FocusFit has designed and developed an interactive Windows-based software program that helps HR professionals & career counsellors prepare for and conduct effective job interviews and coaching sessions.
The Essential Skills Interview Assistant allows users to generate behaviour-based interview questions that highlight those essential skills most important to a particular position. This unique software program stores Essential Skills profiles and enables users to create customized position profiles, job descriptions and any job-specific information.
The Essential Skills Interview Assistant is comprised of two components:
- A Report Wizard allows users to create Interview Guides and Reports and based on either Positions or Essential Skills. Position Reports consist of position title, description and National Occupational Classification (NOC) code. The Essential Skill Report contains skill name, description, behavioural anchors, questions and level-specific indicators.
- An Administrator module allows users to add, edit and delete job profiles, behavioural anchors, interview questions and indicators.
