What's Included?

Your Interview Focus beta package will include:

• Interview Focus report generator application, capable of delivering customizable formatted Interview Guides when used in conjunction with the administrator application;

• The companion Interview Focus administrator application, for management of competencies and skills definitions, behavioural anchors, questions and indicators;

• Over forty sample competencies pre-loaded;

• A minimum of six behavioural anchors for each competency;

• Up to three behaviour-based interview questions for each competency;

• At least one indicator for each of the questions;

• Detailed instructions; and

• Three months of unlimited phone and email support.

Interview Focus 2.0 (Beta Version) will be available in late 2010 in two packages: single user and multi-user. Both packages will be available at low introductory pricing.
