Interview Focus addresses these challenges. It’s an interactive Windows-based software program that stores competencies, skills, questions and indicators and allows users to generate questions specific to each job. When a user selects a particular job profile, Interview Focus retrieves the appropriate profile information for that particular position and generates the corresponding interview questions.
Interview Focus then provides this information in the form of a printed Interview Guide, complete with competency definitions and descriptions, behaviour-based questions and behavioural indicators.
Interview Focus helps you identify and assess potential candidates and determine which candidates possess the skills necessary to perform effectively in a given job.
