Interview Focus will feature a user-friendly interface, containing a main menu and easy to use navigation. Here's how it will work:

1. You choose from pre-loaded sample position profiles and/or specific skills or competencies you wish to explore in an interview.
2. Once position profiles and/or competencies are selected, Interview Focus generates interview questions. Alternatively you can make your own choices by selecting interview questions from a list.
3. Once the interview questions are generated, you can generate an on-screen or printed Interview Guide.
4. Using the companion administrator application, you can able to add, edit or delete any of the information contained in the database, including position profiles, skills, anchors, interview questions and indicators.
