FocusFit delivers competency-based interactive interview software to SIAST
FocusFit is pleased to announce the completion and delivery of our innovative Interview Focus software to the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST). Using a competency framework as its foundation, Interview Focus allows users to build custom profiles for positions then generate behavior-based interview questions that highlight those skills most important to a particular position. SIAST users will be able to automatically generate the competency review portion of their interview guide used, in both external and internal recruiting.
