FocusFit completes comprehensive review of international language and leadership training business
Our client, a leading provider of language and leadership training to the US Government, seeks re-accreditation from an independent adjudicating organization every few years. They needed a partner to lead them through this process. Using our expertise in adult learning and project management, we reviewed curriculum, created standards and policies designed to maximize learning effectiveness, coordinated site visits in several countries around the world, and designed a database to track student activity. The first phase of the re-accreditation project has wrapped up with production of a 1,000 +/- page interactive PDF document designed to outline the reasons why this particular institution should be re-accredited.
